1.  Google Checkout is the fastest, accepted payment method for International orders.  We also accept bank transfers or PayPal (use 4scopes@gmail.com for payments through PayPal).  Please email for help with these payment methods.  If you have multiple items to order, e-mail us a list and we'll send you a customized invoice so you can pay with Google Checkout or PayPal.

2.  Shipping is delayed by approximately 3-5 business days while we comply with customs paperwork and approval.

3.  We must declare the full value of the package as we can insure the package for no more than the declared value.  You are responsible for any taxes / duties levied by your government.  Australia is duty-free for $1000 AUD and under.

4.  We make every effort to label the packages properly so they do not demand customs attention and delay arrival.  However, despite our best efforts, approximately 1 in 20 packages is delayed by customs.  We are not liable for this inconvenience.  Every package we have sent internationally has made it to the customer with only a couple rare exceptions in five years time.

5.  Shipping rates for different countries are found at the top of this page.  If you do not select it when you make the purchase, a payment request will be sent and the order cannot start processing until the shipping is paid.

6.  You may choose between FedEx International Express or Airmail Express (EMS).  We favor FedEx as it tends to get there significantly faster and with fewer customs delays overall.

7.  Our company policy dictates us to ship you untouched, never before sold items only.  We make every effort to send you a quality product.  However, should the need arise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.  The prices on the website do not absorb international shipping costs and you are not charged ahead of time assuming you will return an item.  Nor does your purchase price contribute to the return shipping of others.  We believe that this is the fairest way to do business and the most economical to almost all customers.  Our return rate is very low, less than 1/4 of 1%.

8.  All warranties are only valid at Warranty Centers in the USA.  In the rare event that you need warranty work, we will act as your agent here in the USA (this offer good only for scopes purchased from 4Scopes).  Send us the scope and we will send it back and forth to the manufacturer for free.  We will then send it back to you for the minimal international freight cost.  You will not be required to pay duty on repaired or replaced scopes that are being returned to you.

9.  Having said all of the above, we are pleased to have you as a customer and will do what we can to accommodate this purchase and make it a good experience for you!

We cannot use parcel post as there is no tracking and no insurance.  We only use Fed Ex - about $30 to ship.
