1.  Google Checkout ONLY is accepted for International orders.  If you have multiple items to order, e-mail us a list and we'll send you a customized invoice you can pay with Google Checkout.  If you are unable to use Google Checkout, we are unable to fill the order.

2.  Shipping is delayed by approximately 3-5 business days while we comply with customs paperwork and get approval.

3.  We must declare the full value of the package as we can insure the package for no more than the declared value.  You are responsible for any taxes / duties levied by your government.

4.  We make every effort to label the packages properly so they do not demand customs attention and delay arrival.  However, despite our best efforts, approximately 1 in 20 packages is delayed by customs.  We are not liable for this inconvenience.  Every package we have sent internationally has made it to the customer with only a couple rare exceptions in five years time.

5.  Shipping is billed at cost.  If we are unsure of the postage / insurance charges ahead of time, you may see two separate charges on your credit card bill from "4Scopes".  One for the item and one for the postage.

6.  You may choose between DHL International Express, Air Mail or Airmail Express (EMS).  DHL is about three times the cost of Air Mail and DHL tends to incur higher government levies.  Express Airmail is about $20 more than standard Airmail.

7.  Our company policy dictates us to ship you untouched, never before sold items only.  We make every effort to send you a quality product.  However, should the need arise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.  The prices on the website do not absorb international shipping costs and you are not charged ahead of time assuming you will return an item.  Nor does your purchase price contribute to the return shipping of others.  We believe that this is the fairest way to do business and the most economical to almost all customers.  Our return rate is very low, less than 1/4 of 1%.

8.  Having said all of the above, we are pleased to have you as a customer and will do what we can to accommodate this purchase and make it a good experience for you!

We cannot use parcel post as there is no tracking and no insurance.  We only use DHL Express - about $68-$98 to ship.

Please note, if you are a store / business planning to do repeat orders, we can obtain a blanket license for you to cover multiple ongoing orders.  Thus later orders will not require the waiting time.
