Many thanks to the folks at Elkridge for your excellent service.  My order no. 7587 for one set of Browning binoculars shipped by airmail via the US Postal Service arrived today.  There were no additional customs charges or taxes this end and AIRMAIL to Perth Western Australia took just one week.   It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Restrictions:  We cannot export scopes with mil dot reticles or any
tactical style scope such as Leupold's CQ/T (Close Quarter Tactical).

1.  In the text box at the bottom of the Order Form, type in the "out of country" bank/customer service phone number on the back of your credit card.  We call the bank to verify that the address you are shipping to is the same address that your credit card bill goes to.  We ship only to the same address as the monthly credit card bill is sent to.

2.  We are charged an additional fee of £3 for currency exchange on international credit card orders plus the international phone call to your bank which will be added to your order as a $7.00 International charge.

3.  We must declare the full value of the package as we can insure the package for no more than the declared value.  You are responsible for any taxes/customs charges levied by the your government.

4.  We make every effort to label the packages conservatively so they do not demand customs attention and delay arrival.  However, despite our best efforts, approximately 1 in 20 packages is delayed by customs.  We are not liable for this inconvenience.  Every package we have sent abroad has eventually made it to the customer with rare exception.

5.  Shipping is billed at cost.  If we are unsure of the postage/insurance charges ahead of time, you may see two separate charges on your credit card bill from "Elk Ridge".  One for the item and one for the postage.

6.  We ship international orders once a week (the paperwork/time to export is considerable).  You may choose between UPS World Express or Air Mail.  UPS is about double the cost of Air Mail and UPS tends to incur higher government levies.  If an item qualifies for free shipping, you will be credited that amount towards international shipping.  For example, Free 2nd Day Air is a $20 credit, Free UPS Ground shipping is a $9 credit towards your shipping costs.

7.  Our company policy dictates us to ship you untouched, never before sold items only.  We make every effort to send you a quality product.  However, should the need arise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.  The prices on the website do not absorb international shipping costs and you are not charged ahead of time assuming you will return an item.  Nor does your purchase price contribute to the return shipping of others.  We believe that this is the fairest way to do business and the most economical to almost all customers.  Our return rate is very low, less than 1%.
